It’s ok to have questions - we know this might feel a bit too easy. Fortunately, we’ve anticipated some of the most common questions and tried to answer them here. If there’s something you still can’t find - don’t feel deflated -  just get in touch and we’ll help you out!

Where is Wheely available?

Wheely is currently available in Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Leduc and Beaumont.

What if I’m not sure what type of tire change I need?

If you have 2 sets of tires and each set is mounted on rims select Tire Changeover.
If you have 2 set of tires and only 1 set of rims select Tire Swap & Changeover.

Why are there different prices for different types of vehicles?

Larger vehicles require more time for tire swaps and changeovers.

Why don't you offer more services?

At Wheely our goal is to simplify tire maintenance and keep the cost to our customers to a minimum - for now, that means seasonal changes, tire repair and battery boosts.  For the future - anything is possible.

What type of tire damage can't you repair and would require replacing?

Shoulder Puncture - On the side of the tire where there is no tread.

Close proximity Repair - current repair area which is next to or on a previous repair.

Large Punctures - holes larger than 1/4 inch in diameter for passenger cars or 3/8 inch for light trucks.

Cracked Sidewall - If a flat tire has sat for too long or was driven on low tire pressure for an extensive period.

Logistics

What if my vehicle is underground?

You may have to move your vehicle to a more accessible location in order for our team to have the space necessary to complete the job.

What if there is only paid parking in the area?

We will take care of parking on our end.

What if I parked in a tight area?

You may have to move your vehicle to a more accessible location in order for our team to work on your vehicle.

What if I don't know where the security lock is for my wheels?

We have a copy of wheel locks and will try our best to test out all options.

What if I bought wheels and tires online and haven't fit them on my vehicle before?

If your new set of wheels were purchased from a 3rd party retailer we can’t guarantee that they will be the right fit for your vehicle - send us the details and we will check our systems to find out if they will work.

What if I'm running late to the specified location?

You will receive an SMS text with a message saying we we are on our way just respond back with an update for our driver.

What if Wheely is running late and my appointment is almost over?

We try our very best to be on time despite many uncontrollable situations - we will complete your appointment or reschedule, whichever works out best.

When is payment due?

For your convenience, you can pay at the time of booking or after the service has been performed.
Note: For wheel and rim orders a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.
